jessegunzel.ai is a hand-authored AI assisted, CMS-free website featuring a professional AWS media pipeline adaptive HLS video streaming, JesseGPT AI, and Cloudflare-secured infrastructure.
jessegunzel.ai is a fully custom, high-performance website built from the ground up—without a CMS or frontend frameworks. Every page is hand-authored using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript, with Vite powering production optimization.
Video content is delivered through a professional-grade AWS media pipeline: raw footage is transcoded into adaptive HLS streams via AWS MediaConvert across multiple quality renditions, stored in Amazon S3, and distributed globally through Amazon CloudFront for fast, reliable playback anywhere in the world. On the frontend, Video.js handles adaptive bitrate streaming seamlessly—automatically adjusting quality to the viewer's connection in real time.
The experience is further elevated with Swiper.js for dynamic carousels, scroll-triggered animations, cinematic transitions, and a custom cursor. At its core is JesseGPT, an AI-powered feature built on the Claude API, adding an intelligent, interactive layer to the site. Combined with secure, modern infrastructure—including Cloudflare Turnstile and custom form validation—the result is a seamless blend of performance, innovation, and complete creative control.
